Please follow the steps below to start the remote connection:

1.

Please click on the blue "TeamViewer" icon to the right and continue to step #2

2.

If prompted, select the RUN or click on the OPEN button. This will allow our application to open.

3.

A new window will open displaying your ID and Password. 

Please provide both to the assisting support rep. 

4.

From this point, 1stMILE support team will initiate the remote connection. At any time you can close the Merchant Partners Quick Support application to stop the remote connection.
